CHICAGO ROUND-UP
The Chicago con was huge fun and I think I've gained some new muscles after lugging all my stuff back and forth between artists alley and The Hero Initiative booth, on opposite sides of the convention centre, a fair few times each day.
It's always a pleasure to meet old friends and colleagues and to have some face time with creators I haven't met before - such as Humberto Ramos, Mitch Breitweiser and respective wives, Adi Granov, Brian Michael Bendis, Khoi Pham and Greg Rucka.
The fans are always so generous and pleasant and I enjoy meeting them. Many thanks to Jeff and Larry for sitting down with me at one point and having a good old conversation. Some of those fans can quickly become your friends.
